Approaching festivities

To receive a book before December 25th, it is necessary to formalize the order at least 2 weeks in advance and notify the bookshop that delivery must take place before Christmas. The bookshop usually closes in August: orders placed during this period are processed as quickly as possible upon return.

Export license

Some of our books (printed 70 years or more before purchase) require an export licence to leave the country: the timing of the release of free circulation licenses is quite long, and it can take up to a month and a half  to obtain the licence. Contact us for more information.

Notes Rara tiratura di testa in sole 88 copie numerate in romani «con autografo dell’autore rilegate in “Costella”», avanguardia di una tiratura comune numerata 1-444. Raccolta di poesie in dialetto romanesco, composte dal 1947 al 1950. Raffinata confezione editoriale garantita da Giovanni Bardi, il «tipografo del Senato» che nei primi anni cinquanta stampava gli autori gravitanti attorno a Dell’Arco, tra cui proprio Leonardo Sciascia che qui scrive una densa postfazione storico critica ai versi dell’amico. Glossarietto romanesco-italiano in fine di libro.
Condition Esemplare n. LXII nella tiratura di testa di sole 88 copie in numeri romani, numerate e dedicate in autografo dall’autore; in ottime condizioni (da segnalare solo piccole tracce di pregresso adesivo alla prima e all’ultima carta).
Physical description in 16°, legatura editoriale in piena tela illustrata a colori, con tassello in marocchino color smeraldo stampato in oro sul dorso;, pp. 62 [2], con disegni in bianco e nero, anche a piena pagina, compresi nella numerazione; fogli di guardia originali in carta bianca muta.
